Working together towards EPR for textiles that prioritizes sustainability and social impact. Are you in?
We go beyond compliance
CCT goes further than simply meeting the UPV regulations: the focus is on transparency, driving the circular transition, and social justice throughout the entire textile chain.
Independent and non-profit
Unlike commercial producer organizations, CCT is fully independent and non-profit. Decisions are made in the interest of the environment, people, and producers – not shareholders.
Building a circular system together
CCT actively focuses on developing circular value chains, with sustainable partnerships in collection, sorting, and recycling. Our participants contribute to a future-proof textile sector, not just to waste management
At CCT, we believe in action, in change, and in impact.
Together with our partners, we are building a fair system in which truly sustainable players are rewarded, not penalized.
We actively engage in public debate with ministries and policymakers to make this happen.
We stand for the pioneers in sustainable textile production – both B2B and Fashion.
Collectief Circulair Textiel implements Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for textiles in the Netherlands. We aim for an EPR system that prioritizes sustainability and social value, with collaboration and transparency as its foundation.
Specifically, we focus on:
The contributions CCT requires from producers are calculated based on the amount of textiles in kilograms a producer placed on the Dutch market in the previous calendar year.
Calculation example:
Producer X sells 100,000 kilos on the Dutch market in 2024.
100,000 x 0.20 cents = €20,000 = contribution for 2025
Fee 2025: 0,20 eurocents per kilo of product placed on the Dutch market (based on 2024 estimations)
Fee 2026: To be determined in november 2025
